The Marketing Manager is responsible for directing, supervising, training, scheduling, and motivating Marketing Associates. The main objective is to increase the ship's production of tours by booking guests during onboarding and at sea days and convert those tours to package sales.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Recruit, hire, and train marketing professionals and supervisors.
• Oversee daily operations of marketing programs to meet budgeted tour flow.
• Establish an ongoing training plan to implement integrity and enthusiasm in the marketing department and ensure associates are abiding by all guidelines for behavior.
• Work with Senior Leadership to establish written and individual team goals to help achieve and maintain the highest levels of performance.
• Monitor and report performance of marketing at the site level, taking corrective action as required.
• Working as a liaison with onboard leadership to solidify a strong working relationship.
• Assisting Senior Leadership as needed.
