SharePoint Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SharePoint Consultant to support our HR Finance and Vendor Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the redesign and build of the HR Risk Office SharePoint Sites.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders from HR Risk, Vendor Management, and Finance teams to gather requirements and understand their needs for the redesigned site.
• Design user-friendly and efficient layouts for the SharePoint site that integrates data visualization tools (for example, PowerBI and Tableau).
• Build and configure SharePoint site features, including document libraries, lists, workflows, and other functionalities that enhance collaboration and data management.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as PowerBI and Tableau to provide insights and analytics for decision-making processes.
• Ensure best practices in design, implementation, and governance of SharePoint and BI tools.
• Provide training and support to team members on how to effectively use SharePoint, PowerBI, and Tableau tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project deployment.
• Continuously monitor and optimize site performance and user engagement based on feedback.
