Council for Relationships (CFR) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the mission of serving individuals and families in and around Philadelphia to improve their relationships since 1932 . With offices in University City and Center City, Philadelphia, Oxford Valley, Blue Bell, Paoli, Wynnewood, Bryn Mawr a nd Voorhees, NJ and on-line . Position Summary :

Council for Relationships is seeking a motivated and experienced therapist to join our esteemed group practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about providing high-quality therapy and is looking for a supportive and collaborative professional environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a desire to be part of a n organization known for bringing a systemic lens to therapy with individuals, couples and families .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-quality individual, couple, and / or family therapy to a diverse clientele
  • Maintain a part -time caseload, managing all clinical documentation in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced colleagues and educators
  • Participate in regular professional development opportunities and team meetings
  • Adhere to all ethical and professional standards as set forth by the Council for Relationships and relevant licensing boards
  • Actively engage in the community and mission of the organization

Qualifications :

  • Required : Licensed in the state of PA  as one of the following :
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
  • A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience is required.
  • Demonstrated experience and skill in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and / or families
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative approach to clinical work
