Key Responsibilities

Build and execute comprehensive communication plans for training initiatives across various teams

Handle critical conversations regarding training effectiveness and customer satisfaction issues

Lead the strategic development of training curriculum and methodologies for customer education

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

8+ years of training and development experience with increasing levels of responsibility

6+ years of leadership experience managing training organizations

5+ years of experience in customer-facing training roles, preferably in SaaS or technology environments

Proven track record of building training organizations with measurable business impact
