Machine Operator

Shifts Available : 2nd and 3rd Shift

Starting Pay : $21–$25 / hour (based on experience and shift

Position Summary :

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate various types of production equipment
• Perform line changeovers and make necessary equipment adjustments
• Conduct product sampling for quality control checks
• Follow standard operating procedures and preventative maintenance schedules
• Load and unload materials from machines
• Package, case, and palletize finished products
• Monitor production lines, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform minor repairs as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00 / hr.
