Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a Repairs (Reconstruction) Project Director in Santa Barbara, California at QwikResponse, a division of Kustom US Inc. The Reconstruction Project Director is tasked with leading reconstruction projects from inception to successful completion. The role includes comprehensive oversight of project budgeting, scheduling, and execution, supported by a Project Accountant, Project Managers, internal trades, and in collaboration with estimators and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Initial Assessment & Communication :

• Receive and review job assignments to determine project requirements.
• Schedule and conduct initial job walks with stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication.
• Identify and document supplemental needs during initial assessments.
