This position provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to join our new SolarEdge manufacturing Team and have the opportunity to build together this new operation.

Work Model : On Site

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Report to SolarEdge Quality Manager in NAM and will be part of SolarEdge team located at Jabil UT, USA.
• Support the Quality Manager to implement improved monitoring methods and lessons learn activities on the production line.
• Cooperate with Local EMS teams to monitor and improve the Quality and the performance of SolarEdge Products manufactured in Jabil UT.
• Responsible to investigate the root cause of workmanship?related failures and lead EMS teams for CAPA / SCAR implementation.
• Lead implementations of improvement plans and actions that shall result in improved production FPYs and fielded reliability.
• Cooperate with SolarEdge Head Quarters Quality and Reliability members and support the global Quality and Reliability targets and goals.
