What’s in it for you :

• 2nd and 3rd shift schedule – Monday to Friday from 4pm-12 : 30am or Sunday to Thursday from 11pm-7 : 30am. Must be available for OT when needed.
• Competitive hourly rate depending on experience - $24.00 to start, with ability to earn up to $30
• Contract-to-hire position - you'll be hired based on attendance, performance and client needs

What your day will look like :

Follow standard procedures for machine setup, part production, and preventative maintenance (PM).

Inspect and deburr parts; perform manual tasks or operate additional equipment as needed, including selecting and presetting tools for upcoming jobs.

Maintain and update visual controls; identify issues and implement countermeasures.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Participate in SMED, Kaizen events, and “5 Whys” problem-solving activities.

Report or address equipment issues promptly.

Comply with all company safety policies and standards to protect yourself, coworkers, contractors, customers, and property.
