Software Development Senior Manager

A company is looking for a Software Development Sr Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage software development professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and training

Develop and administer schedules and performance requirements for software solutions

Act as a technical expert, advising on complex software development and integration issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's preferred

At least seven (7) years of IT and business / industry work experience

Five (5) years managing a medium to large team across multiple disciplines

Five (5) years as a technical expert in an IT organization

Recent hands-on experience in Advanced Traffic Management Systems development within the last two years
