Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operations in a dynamic, high-performance defense manufacturing environment. This leadership role is responsible for supervising production associates, ensuring on-time delivery of quality products, and promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 hourly production associates.
• Ensure a safe work environment by proactively identifying and correcting unsafe conditions.
• Manage staffing levels, training programs, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly production standups to set priorities and allocate assignments.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, and other teams to mitigate risks and achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Foster a positive and productive work culture, promoting open communication and employee engagement.
• Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing principles and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered).
• 2+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and manage priorities effectively.
• Vantage Clear or equivalent security clearance required.
