The role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in risk stratification, deep knowledge of healthcare systems, and the ability to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders. Applicants for the Vice President of Risk Stratification position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience in healthcare, with a preference for those holding advanced degrees. A minimum of 5 years' experience in leading a comprehensive risk stratification program is required, with a focus on Medicare Advantage and Commercial plans. The role demands a candidate with a deep understanding of healthcare terminology, clinical conditions, and disease progression, as well as proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
