About The Position

Position Overview :

Horry County Schools is seeking multiple full-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 academic year. These professionals will serve a diverse K–12 student population across the district. Final school assignments will be determined closer to the start date based on district needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, well-supported SLP team with over 50 therapists already on staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide speech and language services to K–12 students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Conduct evaluations, develop treatment goals, and monitor progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams

Maintain thorough and compliant documentation

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention planning

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Active South Carolina SLP license – Required

Active or pending South Carolina Educator Certificate – Required

Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) – supervision will be provided

School-based experience preferred
