Histology Technologist

Job Summary : Responsible for processing, embedding, cutting and staining of tissue slides, accurate quality control, special projects, equipment maintenance and all other duties assigned by the Histology Supervisor.

Location :

On-Site, Tinley Park, IL

Work Responsibilities :

• Receives specimens of tissue from surgical or diagnostic cases.

Performs minor grossing procedures and records accession number on cassette(s) for tissue processing.
