Location : Redding,CA

Department : Sales

Reports To : Sales Manager / General Sales Manager

Compensation : Base + Commission (High earning potential for top performers)

Position Summary :

As a Fit Specialist , your role is to connect customers with the Harley-Davidson lifestyle by guiding them to the perfect bike based on their wants, needs, and experience level. Key Responsibilities :

Greet every guest with energy and purpose — no missed opportunities.

Perform high-impact customer interviews to identify wants, needs, and budget.

Match each customer with the right motorcycle and ownership experience.

Guide customers through the sales process : demo rides, write-ups, trade appraisals, and closing coordination.

Set and confirm daily appointments through follow-up calls, texts, and emails.

Collaborate with the F&I team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

Maintain detailed CRM notes, daily follow-up, and accurate paperwork.

Deliver world-class customer service that drives positive reviews and referrals.

What We Look For :

Previous sales experience (automotive, powersports, or retail preferred).

A competitive, goal-driven mindset — you want to be #1.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport.

Must be comfortable on a motorcycle and excited to learn the product.

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and major sales events.

Valid motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one).
