A company is looking for a Temporary Contract Specialist. Key Responsibilities Process provider nominations and resolve issues within established guidelines Educate providers on contract terms and manage contract retrieval processes Support pre-credentialing functions and maintain relationships with providers Required Qualifications Minimum high school diploma or G.E.D At least 2 years of customer service or provider communication experience, preferably in healthcare Knowledge of medical codes, negotiations, and contract terminology preferred Experience with software and hardware related to job responsibilities, including MS Office Ability to prioritize multiple critical tasks
