Second (2nd) Shift Machine Operator – $21/hr Starting Pay + 4-Day Work Week!

Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed
Pay: Starting at $21/hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process by:

• Setting up and operating high-speed coffee or tea packaging machines
• Performing quality checks to ensure every product meets our standards
• Replenishing materials and maintaining a clean, safe work area
• Assembling and labeling boxes, and supporting other production tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant machine operator experience)

• Stable work history and consistent reliability

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work at a fast pace and meet production goals
• Dependability matters — we value team members who show up ready to contribute and take pride in their work.
• Demonstrated ability to stand for long periods and read instructions clearly
