CPA Licensed Controller

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage financial reporting and ensure accuracy of financial statements for clients

Ensure client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements

Lead and mentor accounting teams, fostering a high-performing environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller

2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm

Experience in a multi-client environment and managing client engagements

Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management
