Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) who : Speaks Mandarin or Cantonese and English fluently , with the ability to connect meaningfully with a diverse patient population. Has experience in primary care , managing chronic diseases, and addressing diverse patient needs with confidence and professionalism. Demonstrates strong independence and is comfortable working autonomously, making clinical decisions, and managing a busy patient load. Possesses excellent soft skills to build trust, foster lasting patient relationships, and grow both their personal patient panel and the clinic’s census. Is mission-driven, passionate about medicine, and dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Qualifications Bilingual : Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English is required . Experience : Minimum of 2 years in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine settings. Education & Certification : Active licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in California. National certification is required.
