Required Qualifications

2-4+ years of high-volume recruitment or sourcing experience

Proven track record of efficiently filling large numbers of roles

Deep sourcing skills, including Boolean search and talent mapping

Comfortable using metrics to drive decisions and improve results

Familiarity with ATS systems and digital sourcing tools
