The Job

As a Service & Rental Associate, this role involves providing essential support to the rental shop operations, catering to the needs of our customers, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the service and rental process. Responsibilities include preparing rental bikes, skis, or boards as per the season, cleaning, receiving customer equipment for tunes or mounts, coordinating with technicians, answering phone inquiries, assisting mechanics with bike tunes, aiding ski techs in binding tests, servicing rental bikes as needed, managing recycling, and detailing bikes upon return. Additionally, this position requires following up with customers when technicians are occupied.

Pay

$20.04 to $23.80 per hour

Duration

Mid November - Mid February (with the possibility to extend)

Scheduling Requirements

• This is a seasonal position with weekend and holiday scheduling requirements.
• Weekend availability is required, as well as the ability to work during peak holiday periods including Black Friday (the day after US Thanksgiving) and the weeks leading up to and following Christmas.
• Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The base wage for this role ranges from $20.04 to $23.80 per hour. Where you land in that range depends on your skills and experience, and we also factor in internal pay equity. While the full range is listed for this role, we rarely hire at the top of the range, leaving room for professional and financial growth in role.
