Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end project delivery for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM, managing multi-track plans and critical paths

Lead weekly ceremonies, governance, and reporting, including standups and steering committee meetings

Oversee data migration, integrations with trading partners, and ensure compliance and readiness for cutover

Required Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience with 3+ Oracle Cloud implementations in Financials and HCM

Experience delivering integrations between ERP / HCM and trading partners or legacy applications

Strong understanding of project mechanics including fit-gap analysis, data conversion, and vendor management

Familiarity with FBDI / ADFDI, OIC / ETL, REST / SOAP, and reporting tools

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Project
