What You'll Do

You'll bring expert, compassionate care to postpartum and newborn patients ‐ and so much more. As a WEST Float RN, you'll :

Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence‐based, individualized care.

Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.

Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.

Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.

Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high‐quality care across the system.

What You'll Need to Bring

Education :

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required.

Licensure & Certifications :

Active RN License (compact or single‐state) required.

BLS & ACLS certifications ‐ required and ready to roll!

Experience :

Minimum 2 years of hands‐on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting

Skills :

Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service chops

Quick on your feet and calm under pressure

Organized, thoughtful, and a total team player
