Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly-motivated and hard-working Housekeeper to join our team at King City Senior Village. Residents and employees are the essence of our company. Essential Responsibilities:

• Cleans the leasing office, common-area restrooms, the model(s) units, amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the Property Manager.

· Ensures all vacant apartment units are freshened as needed to maintain market-ready appeal.

· Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Property Manager.

· Informs Executive Director of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.

· Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the Property Manager when a re-order is necessary.
