American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring 3 years of L&D experience and key certifications.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital
  • Night shifts with 3x12 hour schedule, 19 : 00 to 7 : 30
  • Option to work either 36 or 48 hours per week
  • 4 to 6 weekend shifts required every 6 weeks
  • Travelers may be required to float to similar units within their scope based on facility needs
  • Brief unit orientation provided and modules completed onsite during orientation
  • Scrubs are provided
  • First time travelers are welcome to apply
  • No travel pairs or groups accepted
  • No more than 3 days of requested time off will be auto approved, and no time off is allowed during the first week of orientation
  • All onboarding modules are billable and must be completed onsite
  • Weekend and holiday coverage is expected as scheduled

  • Active NM or Compact RN license required at the time of consideration
  • Minimum of 3 years recent Labor & Delivery experience required
  • Certifications required : ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, and NRP
  • EPIC charting experience preferred
  • Locals within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
  • Former permanent staff must be gone for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
