Era Living is seeking a part-time Custodian Floor Care to become the newest member of our Housekeeping team located at Aljoya Thornton Place in Seattle, WA. Available shift will be scheduled on Sunday - Monday, 07 : 30am - 04 : 00pm.

1 hour vacation for every 37.15 hours paid to start (eligibility : regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours, but less than 32)

Primary Responsibilities :

This role performs day-to-day housekeeping functions and specific assigned tasks which includes cleaning, washing, polishing, sanitizing, and disinfecting common areas & floors in the community.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Possess basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine Housekeeping functions in a health care institution
• Knowledge of floor care, finishing, and cleaning
• Skill in use and care of floor maintenance equipment
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to pass DSHS check, required
