• Practice is strictly outpatient or can involve an inpatient if preferred
• Work in a Patient-Centered Medical Home setting
• See around 20 patients per day
• The main clinic is open 7A to 10P, 7 days per week
• The group is in expansion mode and is looking for additional providers
