Audio Visual (Design) (Engineer)

Title : AV Design Engineer

Reports to : Director of Engineering

Coordinates with : Sales, Project Management, Architects

Purpose and Scope : The AV Design Engineer is responsible for the design aspects of the customer’s job, including development design, layout, and various audio / visual specifications. Our Engineers help our clients bring their ideas for their spaces to life and help our company run in the most efficient manner possible.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Design digital spaces based on Client requirements
• Client scope and sales interface and walk through resource
• Determine infrastructure requirements to support the designs
• Pre-Build : Set up, configure, test, and support all audio and video systems in house
• Troubleshoot audio / video performance issues and maintain diagrams and documentation
• Provide extraordinary technical and / or analytic support in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems of moderate to complex business communication systems
• Develop standards and maintain all systems, applications, and configurations
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by management
