Position Summary :

They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to be responsible for overseeing the general ledger, coordinating with a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner, supporting tax and accounting audits, with support to local and international teams to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the BPO partner to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
• Support tax and accounting audits.
• Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting across different regions.
• Review and analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Treasury department to manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management.
• Support internal controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Stay current with accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
