What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced, professional tradespeople who are :

  • Clean-cut, punctual, and professional
  • Problem solvers who can troubleshoot and fix challenges on the fly
  • Skilled communicators with customers, teammates, and suppliers
  • Organized and efficient with tools, vehicles, and job sites
  • Independent thinkers who also thrive as part of a winning team

    • Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of full-time, professional trade experience

    • Must have held roles in the trades (construction, remodeling, handyman services, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

  • Experience limited to DIY, home projects, or rental properties will not qualify
  • Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in :

    • Carpentry

  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • Painting
  • Tile & Flooring
  • Familiarity with proper tools and equipment for each task
  • Must reside in the Illinois Fox Valley region (Crystal Lake south to Aurora), Kane and Southern McHenry Counties
