Senior Medicaid Claims Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Medicaid Claims Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements

Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technology goals

Develop and deliver reports, flow charts, and other documentation as required

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Over 6 years of experience as a Medicaid Claims Business Analyst with expertise in claims processing

Proficient in MMIS and APR-DRG for claims handling and reimbursement strategies

Strong understanding of computer programming concepts and analytical tools such as Excel and SQL

Experience managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Proven ability to document requirements with a client-facing approach
