As a Nail Technician at San Ysidro Ranch, you will provide luxurious manicure and pedicure services in a serene, high-end environment. You will ensure each guest receives a personalized, memorable experience, in line with our standards of excellence.
ResponsibilitiesProvide professional manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement servicesMaintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and work areas in accordance with state regulations and resort policiesEducate guests on nail care, products, and home maintenanceBuild lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat businessAssist with inventory management and retail product recommendationsUphold the resorts values of hospitality, elegance, and wellnessQualificationsCurrent California State Manicurist or Cosmetology LicenseMinimum 2 years of experience in a high-end or resort spa setting preferredStrong knowledge of nail trends, techniques, and health standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for customer service and guest satisfactionFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysWhy Join Us?Average rate of $40-$55 when including base rate ($16.50) plus commissions (30% of services), retail sales (15% of product sales) and gratuitiesComplementary daily lunch and on-site parkingFully staffed receptionist team.
