Descripción del trabajoServe as the first point of contact for patients, clients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and accurate information Manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and provider calendars using our electronic scheduling system Prepare and maintain patient files, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with privacy and recordkeeping standards Process billing and insurance information in coordination with the administrative and accounting teams Support daily clinic operations through data entry, faxing, scanning, and other administrative tasks Communicate effectively with employers, drivers, and internal clinical staff to coordinate testing and appointment details Assist with reporting and documentation for occupational health services, such as physicals and drug and alcohol testing results Other tasks, as assigned Exceptional customer service and communication skills Friendly, warm and welcoming Exceptional phone and email etiquette

Job Duties :
- General reception and greeting
- Assistance with patient flow, inbound phone calls, and scheduling
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Follow-up as needed with patients
