Volt is immediately hiring for CNC Technician / Optical Technician  in  Richardson TX 75081.

As a CNC Technician / Optical Technician You will do :

• You will work with Manufacture precision optics and optical components.
• Read and interpret optical drawings / specs including GD&T. Interpret interferograms, CMM reports, and other metrology data.
• Independently set up and operate lathes, fly cutters, polishing equipment, and other manual / CNC machines.
• Use interferometers and CMMs to inspect parts for quality.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and technicians.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

This is a 12 month with possible extension opportunity.
