About the Role

This position supports Google’s Cloud Supply Chain & Operations team at the Clarksville Data Center.

The role focuses on reducing hardware damage, improving reliability, and performing structured data analysis to support hardware lifecycle performance.

Key Responsibilities

Triage hardware quality issues within the data center

Conduct first-level RCA and failure trend analysis

Review manufacturing and field performance data

Identify reliability improvement opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues

Maintain and enhance technical documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline

• years in computing hardware quality, test engineering, or product engineering

Experience working with server or data center hardware systems

SQL or Python data analysis experience

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
