About the Unit
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Central Region will be responsible for executing sales and growing the business by ensuring market access, customer focus and demand creation within the assigned territory. The RSM leads a team of Sales Agronomists and Product Specialists who are responsible for the execution of all commercial activities in the region. The Regional Sales Manager is also responsible for relaying market intelligence information including competition, trends, and other information needed for the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies. Working on maintaining and developing Yara's customer base, the Regional Sales Manager will work collaboratively with product management, marketing, and agronomy to create compelling value propositions for distributors and farmers.
The Regional Sales Manager - Central Region will report to the Director - US East Sales & Marketing and the candidate must be based out of the region : North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Eastern Montana.
