THE ROLE

Zeta isseekingadynamic and experienced DirectorEventProgramming toown and elevatetheprogrammingand speaker strategyforZeta LiveZetas premier annual conferenceas wellasZetas portfolio ofproprietaryeventsindustry conferences and executive thought leadership moments throughout the candidatewilllead end-to-end programming strategy and execution for Zeta Live spanning 3-4 concurrent stages and over 90 speakers while also supporting Zetas broader ecosystem.

Thisrole is ideal for an experiencedprogramming leader withexceptiona lcontent judgement deep executivepresence knowledge of the prevailing topics within advertising and marketingand proven experience managing large scale conferences in addition to industry shape content and speakers that influence CMOs CEOs and industry leaders andensureZeta Livesetstheagenda for the future of AI-powered marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Programming Strategy : Own the programming vision for Zeta Live across multiple stages and content tracks ensuring a cohesive high-quality experienceand compelling content for Zeta Lives audiencefrom openingkeynotethrough closing moments.
• Programming Execution : Develop agendas run-of-show session titles abstracts and editorial copy that align with Zetas strategic narrative and audience priorities.
• Ensure programming deliverstimely differentiated perspectives on marketing technology AIdataand growth that sets Zeta apart as a categoryleader.
• Speaker Sourcing & Executive Engagement : Identify research and secure top-tier speakers frombrands and agencies across various sectorsfor Zeta with senior-level executives innovators and thought leaders to ensure content reflects the latest trends solutions and insights shaping the marketing technology landscape.
• Speaker Management & Logistics : Lead day-to-day communications withpotential speakersmanaging outreach booking and of externalproduction company managing Speaker-related communicationsincludingSpeaker prep packetsprogram intros key talking pointsandtravel / hotel.
• Executive Marketing andSalesCollaboration : Partner closely with senior leadershipfromSales Product Marketing and Communications to ensure programming supports Zetas businessobjectivesand go-to-market priorities aligning session content with strategic themes and customer stories.
• On-StageModerator and SpeakerCollaboration : Coordinate with interviewers and moderators toperform researchdraft scripts outlinespresentationsand preparatory materials for on-stage conversations panel discussions and interviews. Ensure smooth transitions and engaging interactions between moderators and speakers during live events.
• Digital Content Integration : Source and curate relevant digital assets (images videos case studies) to enhance live event programming and on-stage discussions. Utilize these assets to provide context and deepen the audiences understanding of session topics.
• Event Script Development : Write edit and update event scripts including VOGswelcome remarks session transitions closing statements and other eventelements ensuring a seamlessshowflow of content throughout the event.
• Speakership Opportunities : AlignZetasubject matter experts atIndustry Conferences to position Zeta asthoughtleader in the marketplace supporting content development for opportunities.

TOTAL COMPENSATION RANGE

The total compensation range for this role is $140000 - $180000 .
