The Impact Youll Make in this Role

We are seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work across business segments and functions to help shape strategic initiatives that drive growth and performance. Youll support the strategic planning processes, analyze market trends, and contribute to business decisions through data-driven insights.

As a Corporate Strategy Manager , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

Support strategic planning and annual operating plan activities , including helping to define priorities, analyze business performance, and prepare presentations for leadership.

Assist with portfolio and growth initiatives , including market and competitor analysis, and help evaluate new opportunities for organic and inorganic growth.

Develop fact-based analysis and insights and translate into actionable recommendations, ensuring alignment with financial and business objectives.

Evaluate risks and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making at the leadership level

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategies are aligned to corporate priorities and are communicated and integrated effectively across business units

Build relationships with external partners and c onduct benchmarking research to gather outside-in perspectives.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelors degree OR higher and seven (7) years of experience in corporate strategy, product management or investment banking in a public, private or military environment.

AND

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

Master's degree in Business Administration with 5 years of corporate strategy, product management or investment banking

Experience in healthcare, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences

Exposure to M&A, partnerships, or venture activities

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in working with both data and qualitative insights

Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working independently and across teams without direct reports

Work location : Remote - United States

Travel : May include up to [15%%][domestic / international]

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidates relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
