We are currently seeking an Owner Relations Agent to join our Customer Support team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the worlds most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.

Performance Objectives

• Answer incoming owner relations calls regarding various issues, including revenue, land, division orders, JIB, A / R, and A&P.
• Log owner inquiries in a case tracking system and follow-up on outstanding unresolved inquiries.
• Responds promptly to companies needs and adds value by building relationships and trust through client interactions and manages difficult or emotional situations.
• Ensure the response and manner is done in an accurate, timely, and friendly manner.
• Manage emotions (calm, non-defensive, respectful).
• Participate in cross-training to develop new skills, expand knowledge and to improve the business and customer experience.
