What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with security-related needs as they arise.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents according to established procedures.

Assist healthcare staff, patients, and visitors with security-related questions or requests as needed.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when required, following site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
