As a home care aide, you'll get to support seniors through medical, emotional, and cognitive challenges to help them thrive in the comfort of their homes.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO :

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Lifting : Frequently lift 35 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs during your shift.

Client Assistance : Support clients with transfers and repositioning in beds, wheelchairs, or other surfaces using gait belts, slide boards, or mechanical lifts (when available).

Team Lifts : Perform two-person assists for clients who require full support or cannot bear weight.

Mobility Support : Push or pull wheelchairs, occupied beds, or medical equipment across various surfaces (e.g., carpet, tile, ramps), which may require up to 75 lbs of initial force.

Movement & Endurance : Be comfortable with kneeling, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods throughout your shift.
