Salary Range : $75,000 to $95,000

Position Overview :

We have an immediate opening for a Civil Project Engineer in our Portland office. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for civil engineering design and a commitment to sustainability and development services. As a Civil Project Engineer  you will be involved in a wide variety of project types, playing a key role from conceptual planning through to project approval and construction. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for both in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Design and Development : Lead and contribute to the design and development of civil engineering projects, including site and public infrastructure, building, and wastewater / water projects.

Sustainability Focus : Integrate sustainable practices into all aspects of design and development.

Project Coordination : Coordinate project efforts across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Technical Expertise : Utilize your in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D to create precise and efficient design solutions.

Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all designs meet relevant regulations and standards, and obtain necessary approvals.

Qualifications :

Experience : 3 to 8 years of experience in civil engineering design, with specific experience in building and wastewater / water projects.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is mandatory.

Licensure : Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
