Systems Analyst

Responsibilities PURPOSE OF POSITION : Provide excellent systems user experience through installation, troubleshooting, and / or repair of computer hardware and software MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : Resolves simple technical issuesProvides excellent customer service to systems usersWorks as part of a systems teamImaging / setting up computers, mobile phones, printersEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED : High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor’s degree in related discipline strongly preferred, but consideration may be given to an exceptional candidate with Associate’s degree or IT technical certifications.OTHER POSITION SPECIFICATIONS : Good analytical, verbal and written skills requiredParticipate in continuous improvement eventsMaintain company confidentialityInteract with users for system clarifications and requirementsWrite system and process documentationProvide user support for Altec associates via phone, email and in personWillingness to work outside standard business hours to resolves issues or complete special projectsTrack and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concernRemain highly adaptable All other duties as assigned. Must be willing to travel as needed to perform job duties up to 25% Experience Level Adjustmnt Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.
