You will oversee solution portfolios, working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and client teams to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive high-impact projects. This role requires breaking down complex problems into actionable steps, fostering collaboration across diverse technical and business teams, and delivering solutions that solve real client challenges. You will guide design discussions, influence strategic decisions, and ensure that solutions are both technically sound and commercially viable. Accountabilities

• Own solution portfolios from conception through launch, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and client teams to design and deliver innovative, scalable, and differentiated solutions.
• Drive product roadmaps, define GTM strategies, and lead design and development discussions across practices.
• Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams, ensuring high-quality execution and delivery of complex solutions.
• Analyze market trends, client needs, and industry best practices to continuously evolve solution strategy.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and client expectations while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
