Descripción del trabajoEducation : Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent STEM field. Experience : Minimum 8 years managing cybersecurity programs, including personnel management, policy enforcement, incident response, and planning. Certifications : IAM-II level such as CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO, HCISPP.
Job Description
Manages the command's cybersecurity program implementation and oversees security strategy, personnel, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads and manages the implementation of the Navy's cybersecurity programs.
- Oversees RMF (Risk Management Framework) compliance and A&A packages.
- Develops and enforces security policies and controls.
- Supervises ISSOs and other cybersecurity staff.
- Monitors cybersecurity posture and manages Plan of Actions & Milestones (POA&Ms).
