LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading nonprofit organization to fill an Interim Financial Analyst position based in Manhattan. We are seeking a candidate with experience in financial reporting and planning tools, as well as strong analytical skills. This hybrid consulting engagement is expected to last 6+ months. Please read on for additional details.

Responsibilities include :

Assist with recurring financial reporting and updates

Support ad-hoc analysis and data consolidation

Help create visual presentations and dashboards

Contribute to variance analysis and data preparation

Maintain and update internal reporting tools and datasets

Provide administrative support for financial systems

Participate in forecasting and planning cycles

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

3+ years of experience with financial reporting and planning tools (Power BI, Workday Adaptive, PeopleSoft), including creating and maintaining dashboards

Strong understanding of accounting principles

Excellent collaboration and communication skills
