Behavior Technician (Per diem)

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join Applebury Behavior Associates. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) or other Licensed Professionals.

Applebury Behavior Associates provides 24 / 7 care and service statewide. This position requires travel to various locations in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a LABA, other Licensed Professionals, and / or Doctoral level staff.
• Collect data on observable client behavior.
• Implement treatment goals and objectives.
• Provide direct services alongside a team.
• Collaborate with clinicians to provide effective client services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data and records.
• Regularly maintain client confidentiality.
