Full Time Benefits Specialist - In Office Position - Houston, TX

THE BELMONT VILLAGE DIFFERENCE
PURPOSETo provide excellent customer service and support to meet the benefits needs of employees and management in a multi-state operational structure. Assist in the administration of employee health and welfare plans, retirement savings plan and leave administration. Act as liaison for employees to resolve benefit related inquiries and concerns. Support the Director of Benefits with various special projects.
