A company is looking for a TPL Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and coordinate benefits for accident claims from various liability insurance policies

Review and research claims to determine payment sources and ensure compliance with billing guidelines

Contact relevant parties to gather information and resolve claims efficiently

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred

1-2 years of experience with computer functions and software, including Microsoft Office Suite

1-3 years of related experience in the field or a similar area

Thorough knowledge of third-party claims adjudication, state lien statutes, and No-Fault laws
