Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a Pulmonology and Critical Care (Pulm / CC) Physician to join our team in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven, physician-led group focused on clinical excellence and community impact.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Full-time position blending outpatient pulmonology and ICU critical care
  • Treat a wide range of pulmonary conditions including COPD, ILD, and sleep disorders
  • Work alongside a team of dedicated pulmonologists
  • Participate in quality improvement and clinical education initiatives
  • Collaborate with specialists in cardiology, oncology, internal medicine, and more
  • Join a mission-driven, patient-focused medical group with strong community ties

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary : $415-450k annually
  • Productivity-based bonus potential
  • Sign-on Bonus up to 60k
  • Relocation Assistance up to $20k

    • Job Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Board Eligible / Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
  • California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency
