We are looking for an Finance Operations Specialist,who will be based in O'Fallon office.

This will be a hybrid role.

The Impact You Will Have

As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will act as the liaison between Accounting and Finance Operations, aligning operations with the GL and delivering KPI / management reporting with actionable trend insights. Ensures data integrity and compliance via reconciliations and controls while driving process and system / reporting improvements.

Some of your specific responsibilities could include :

Prepares daily, weekly and monthly Accounts Receivable Aging reports for each line of business for various team members / business partners. Prepare Monthly Operational and Metric reports as required by the Finance Operations Management team

Accurate and timely analysis of receivable reporting to identify patterns (including process improvements), explain changes in aging balances, and other ad-hoc analysis as needed

Assist with various reporting, projects (including improvements), and processes as assigned to comply with regulatory reporting and accounting principles

Monitor KPIs / SLAs for operational finance processes; conduct data quality checks, identify drivers behind deviations and partner with process owners on corrective actions

Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives; identify opportunities to streamline handoffs, reduce manual work, and enhance control effectiveness

What You'll Bring to the Role

3-5 years experience in Billing and Collections, Insurance Operations or Accounts Receivables

Experience in Insurance preferred

Computer literacy required; Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Ability to identify patterns and root causes in complex (e.g. ambiguous, from various sources) data and processes to rapidly identify issues and provide insight in various situations

Ability to understand, elaborate and convey information clearly and effectively in respect to the audience

Ability to identify and initiate appropriate actions to remediate issues that can be abstract / ambiguous and follow through on their remediation

Strong organization skills with complete follow through

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred

Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is preferred

The annualized base pay range for this role is $57200 - $86476. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package.

As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.
